Return Policy
We work with a print-on-demand provider — every item is produced individually when ordered. If there is something wrong with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at support@trax1m.de before returning any item, describing the issue with your order.
Refunds
Refunds are offered in the following cases:
● You received a damaged item
● You received an incorrect item
● Your item was mislabeled
To request a refund, please email support@trax1m.de within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
As every item is produced on demand, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering — every product in our store includes a size chart in the product description.
Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect delivery address, we can send a replacement order. Please note that shipping costs for replacement orders due to address errors are at the customer’s expense.
